It was a simple trick", continued Samuel, "we bought the house, made it haunted and sold it to a party. Then obviously nobody would want to live there. They sell it with minimum profit but it was me who got the maximum profit."     John was taken aback. He didn't expect this. All the more his temperature was rising. John woke up only to see Samuel in the dining room casting his eyes over the morning newspaper.  "Morning", John called out. "Good morning!", replied his friend.
